Blaming others for our mistakes

Some Ethiopians go further and try to blame international organizations, Donor countries, global climate change (Elnino)etc for the famine at home. These are lame excuses. If there is anybody to blame then it should be us the present generation. We Ethiopians have failed to save the country from consecutive human as well as natural disasters. We can't blame the others who are doing better for themselves than we for ourselves. It is like the beggar cursing from whom he is begging.
